Come along with the NPC family on the 5G Getaway this May!   

Our destination, Lake Winnipesaukee, is one of the most beautiful spots within a 2 hour radius

of metro-west Boston. The lake is the largest in NH, boasting 253 islands, and is surrounded by rolling hills and mighty mountains, streams running through lush forest, all spattered by quaint towns.  The Brookwoods Conference Center is nestled on 300 acres of woodlands and has 1800 ft of beach front on Lake Winnipesaukee. Equipped for extensive indoor/outdoor activity opportunities, a family-style dining experience and a variety of overnight accomodations, Brookwoods a fabulous site for the NPC family to getaway and have some fun together. The 5G Getaway has been designed to accomodate the variety of life stages our NPC community has.  Whether you are an empty-nester, young family, single, teen or college student, tree-hugger or bug-hater, we bet you will come away from the 5G Getaway being refreshed, encouraged and connected.  

Our time away together will be filled with times to:

GLORIFY God by worshipping together as a community, while alone on a walk through the woods, or when sitting on the beach to pray with friends

GATHER in community out of our ordinary spaces, reconnect with old friends and to meet new ones, connect as a family unit or with your spouse.

GROW as a disciple of Christ as you have time alone with the Lord, engage in discussions around the campfire that challenge your faith,  learn from others in our community who have already experienced the road you find yourself traveling.

GIVE of ourselves, by sharing our God-given gifts with the community. Perhaps it is leading a game of soccer or volunteering to watch children so parents can reconnect with each other, exercising hospitality by reaching out or connecting people while leading an activity.

GO into the world with the truth of Jesus. We pray that there will be opportunities in which we can share the love of Jesus with those who may feel distant or not know the redemptive love of Jesus. Perhaps you can invite a friend to come along, or take time to talk as a family about faith.  Share your testimony, invest in youth and children. Everyone of us is at a different place in our faith journey and because we are going away as a church community, it doesn't lessen the opportunities we may have to share Christ with each other.
