Families
NPC is blessed to have an active and thriving community of young families! Whether you have a newborn or school-age children, NPC has something for you! Infant to Preschool:Mom Connection: Join other moms in fellowship and friendship every Friday morning as we discuss the adventure of motherhood. Childcare is provided. Parents Day Out: Need a break? Once a week, enrolled children have fun singing and playing while parents enjoy four hours to run errands, go to appointments or simply rest! Sunday Nursery: Loving, attentive childcare is provided for infants through toddler-age during all services. Cry Room: NPC understands that infants cry, toddlers have separation anxiety, and moms need to nurse their babies. To meet these needs, NPC recently created a Cry Room where parents can be with their children and hear the sermon over a newly installed audio system. (I'm thinking positively that this one will happen.) Preschool to 5th Grade:Presbyterian Church Nursery School: This non-profit Christian preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing and safe environment where each child can grow developmentally and spiritually. Sunday School: Grade-school kids enjoy our Children's Music program as well as Sunday School classes that seek to teach the bible through an interactive and engaging curriculum. 6th to 8th Grade:Youth Ministries: For the junior high crowd NPC offers a number of engaging a fun programs including Junior High Live!, S'funday, and Heartburn. Parents:Adult Education and Small Groups: NPC is committed to supporting parents through family-focused classes and small groups. Past topics have included marriage and parenting. Childcare is provided. Women's Panels: Two to three times a year, NPC hosts a Women's Panel where women from the congregation respond to questions asked by others seeking wisdom and guidance. The most recent panel was "Trust and Worry: A Balancing Act" (A Women's Panel on the Biblical Approach to Worry and the Practical Application of letting go).
