On Sunday mornings, true worshippers don't sit back in the pews and let a trained few "professionals" entertain them. They come with open hearts, relying on God's Spirit to use and nourish them, ready and eager to praise and thank God. Many of us participate in leading the congregation deeper into this loving response to our Creator. We contribute through music or drama, read Scripture, pray, greet others, teach the children's sermon, lead Kids' Own Worship, staff the nursery, run the sound, or serve on the worship and music committee, among other things.
