Among the interesting people sitting in NPC's pews every Sunday morning is Jan Curtis.

Jan Curtis is a nationally known Mezzo-Soprano with numerous operatic credits, even a PBS Great Performances premiere of Willie Stark at the Kennedy Center. Jan graduated from New England. Conservatory and recently received their Alumna of the Year award. Jan had a stroke in 1995, but nothing stops this woman of faith. Among the numerous awards she has received is the Annie Glenn (wife of astronaut/Senator John Glenn) award, which recognizes outstanding achievement by individuals with communication disorders.
