Every so often, a community of people gathered for the same purpose must take stock of who they are and where they are heading. Our congregation did this a few years ago, and came up with Newton Presbyterian Church's Mission Study. We recently reviewed the study, affirming it with only a few updates.

"One of the reasons I came to NPC was because of the Mission Study," says Senior Pastor Rob Perkins. "This congregation's devotion to Jesus and desire to honor Him are evident throughout the document. I encourage everybody to read it."

We also came up with a vision statement, which is the headline for every page on this site. We prayed and brainstormed and ruminated on our identity before distilling our vision to eight words. Our hope is that these words will guide and shape all of our activities and programs.
