Pastors are full-time, trained ministers of "Word and Sacrament." They empower us to serve a world of hurting, lonely people for the sake of Jesus. Some of their duties include teaching and preaching, guiding staff members and elders, counseling, performing marriages and baptisms, and serving communion.
