In the fall of 1997, Jessica Kelley moved from rural Maine to Wenham, Massachusetts to study chemistry and pre-medicine at Gordon College in the hopes of becoming a doctor one day. Halfway through her freshman year, she realized that chemistry was not where her heart was and decided with the advice of friends, family, and some gentle prompting from the Holy Spirit to switch her concentration of study to music. In May of 2002, Jessica graduated with a bachelor of music degree in vocal performance. For the last two years, Jessica has been employed by the North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly, Massachusetts as a group sales representative. She is delighted to be joining the staff of Newton Presbyterian Church is is very excited to be working in an environment that supports two of her greatest passions: music and Jesus Christ.
