What is Parents Day Out?

Parents Day Out is a new program here at NPC.  It provides parents a little extra time to rest or run errands without active kids. Children have a little extra fun playing and exploring in a nurturing and safe environment. PDO will foster each child’s emotional, academic, spiritual, and social development through circle time, reading, games, art exploration, snack, and outside play on our playground.  The morning concludes with a packed lunch from home.

When?

Parents Day Out meets Sept 14th through June 28th with a week off for February and April Vacations.  We offer our Parents Day Out program on two different days from 8:45am-12:45pm.  You may enroll your child for sessions on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Who?

Children ages 15 months through 5 years may enroll in the program.
There will be two classrooms:
Toddlers-15 months to 2.9 yrs
Preschoolers-2.9 yrs to 5 yrs

Cooperative Program

In order to keep costs down Parents Day Out is in part a cooperative program.  Each class will have a paid teacher as well as parent volunteer.  Each parent will be asked to volunteer at least once in a classroom depending on enrollment.  The parent volunteer is also responsible for bringing snack on that day. Our director will be onsite during the program.

Tuition:

$100/month

Payment is due by the first class of each month. Payments may be made by cash or check payable to NPC.
